A U.S.-based FBA prep and fulfillment company focused on helping e-commerce sellers simplify inventory preparation and inbound logistics.
Who we are
Uri Prep & Ship receives, inspects, labels, packages, bundles, kits, assembles, stores and ships inventory for online sellers. Our experience comes from years of hands-on work doing exactly that — on the warehouse floor, for sellers whose businesses depend on inventory arriving at Amazon correctly prepared and on time.
Rather than requiring sellers to maintain their own warehouse and prep operation, we provide the infrastructure and operational support needed to move inventory from suppliers into the fulfillment network. For most of the sellers we work with, that means they never handle their own inventory at all: it goes from the supplier to us, and from us to Amazon.
What we are not
We are a physical prep and fulfillment operation. We are not an agency, a consultancy, or an account-management service. We do not manage listings, pricing, advertising or seller finances. Where we access a seller's Amazon Seller Central account, we do so only to perform the fulfillment work the seller has asked us to do — the scope is set out in full on our FBA Inbound Shipment Management section.

Ash brings approximately seven years of hands-on experience in FBA preparation and fulfillment operations, covering inventory receiving, quality control, preparation, labeling, packaging, inbound shipment management, warehouse operations and coordinating shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
David Lee
Head of Finance
David oversees billing, invoicing and financial operations, including the per-unit and specialized-service billing that sellers review in the client portal.
Andrew Rhee
Head of Development
Andrew builds and maintains our client portal and inventory systems, bringing over ten years of software development experience to the tooling sellers use to track products, shipments and invoices.
