Privacy & Data Security
Uri Prep & Ship respects the confidentiality of seller and business information entrusted to us.
Information we handle
To provide our prep and fulfillment services we handle business contact information, product and inventory information, shipment information, and billing information. Where a seller authorizes it, we also access their Amazon Seller Central account to perform fulfillment-related work.
How we use it
Information provided by clients, or accessed through authorized Seller Central access, is used only as reasonably necessary to perform the services the seller has requested. We do not sell seller-account information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes.
Scope of Seller Central access
Where a seller grants us access to their Amazon Seller Central account, that access is used solely for fulfillment-related activities necessary to provide our FBA prep and inbound shipping service — reviewing SKU and inventory information, creating and managing FBA inbound shipments, entering box and shipment information, generating required labels, coordinating transportation, entering tracking information, and monitoring inventory shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers.
We do not create or manage product listings, set or change pricing, manage advertising, access banking or financial settings, or perform other seller-account functions unrelated to preparing and shipping inventory. The full scope is described on our FBA Inbound Shipment Management section.
Access control
Seller Central access is limited to personnel with a legitimate operational need to perform the service. Access is reviewed and is removed when it is no longer required — including when a client relationship ends or when a staff member changes role or leaves the company.
Internal procedures
We maintain internal procedures addressing authorized access, credential security, information handling, employee access management, risk assessment and security-incident response. Staff who handle seller information are instructed on their obligations regarding its confidentiality.
Security incidents
We maintain an internal incident-response procedure covering identification, containment, assessment and notification. If a security incident affects a client's information or account access, we work to contain it and notify the affected client.
Retention
We retain client and shipment records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve billing and shipment questions, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
